| Pastoral Council |

The Pastoral Council is made up of nine elected lay
members of the parish. The role of the Pastoral Council is to coordinate
the activities and evaluate the effectiveness of all parish organizations,
boards and committees. Members are elected for three-year terms at
an election held each May and these members are in charges of various
subcommittees. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month
at 7:00 p.m. |

| Board of Education |

The Board of Education addresses itself to the educational
needs of the entire parish community – adults, young persons
and children. There are nine members, elected for three-year terms
at the parish election in May of each year. They meet on the first
Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. |

| Finance Council |
| |
The Finance Council is a standing council of the
parish, which offers their technical skills in fiscal matters to the
pastor. Nine members are appointed and also serve three-year terms.
The pastor completes the membership of this council. Finance Council
meets on the third Saturday of each month at 8:00 a.m. |
